Delivery & Shipping Policy

 

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card; your card will not be charged immediately. We will then confirm with our supplier that the product is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you.

 

Dispatch & Shipping Time

Once your order has been placed and the item is in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days. All orders are delivered via reliable courier services to the UK and Ireland. Estimated delivery time for all destinations is 5–7 working days from dispatch.

 

Shipping Costs

Delivery rates depend on the product price. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@aquaticliving.co.uk.

 

Damages at Delivery

Please inspect all items at the point of delivery. Do not accept delivery of any damaged items. If an item is damaged, send clear photos to info@aquaticliving.co.uk so we can assist with an insurance claim.
