60-Day Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 60-day returns policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.

• Return Window: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Return Process: Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending back any items.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
